- Licence scope
- We operate strictly within the activities licensed by the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority. We do not provide banking, investment management, financial advisory or any regulated financial service in any jurisdiction.
- Sanctions & trade controls
- All counterparties, cargoes, vessels and destinations are screened against applicable UAE, UN, UK (OFSI), EU and US (OFAC) sanctions and export control regimes prior to commitment.
- Anti-money laundering
- We apply know-your-customer and source-of-funds verification consistent with UAE AML requirements and international standards before entering any transaction.
- HSEQ
- We expect our logistics and inspection partners to operate to recognised health, safety, environmental and quality standards, and we contract accordingly.
